I offer friendly, welcoming and encouraging vinyasa-style yoga with the opportunity for self-enquiry, to cultivate compassion and gratitude, slow down, de-stress and let go.

I strongly believe yoga is for everyone and I like to think of my classes as giving your mind, body, and soul a big loving bear hug.

I hope students walk out of my classes feeling happier than when they walked in and inspired to live healthier, more balanced lives.
